With this project, I've learned how important combining a solid concept with the analytic UX perspective is. I explored different ways of communicating something very functional, that supports the users in critical moments, with simple design solutions based on those users' needs.
User testing was also a crucial part of this project. Designing something out of the box requires a lot of validation. Also, we are speaking of a very important platform that server its users on a very important moment. It just can't go wrong.
Designing a solution that is user-friendly, that provides all the information the users need to know at each stage of the journey, understanding this information's architecture, guideline by all the research done.
